Phase 8 is DHA Karachi's biggest and newest phase, sprawling across Zones A through E, plus the coastal extension. The phase has the largest pool of new plot supply in DHA Karachi, with plot sizes ranging from 5 Marla all the way to 4 Kanal coastal estates. New ground-up construction is the dominant project type here.
