Construction Company DHA is a PEC-registered construction firm that has built grey-structure and turnkey homes inside Defence Housing Authority schemes across Pakistan since 2012. We work to DHA bylaws, document costs clearly, and supervise each site from foundation to handover.
We started in Lahore in 2012 and have since extended the same engineering process to eight DHA cities — Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad-Rawalpindi, Multan, Peshawar, Bahawalpur, Quetta and Gujranwala. As a registered firm we are accountable to a published address, written contracts and DHA submission rules. That registration matters most at two stages: when a house map is approved against current DHA setback and covered-area limits, and when materials are specified on paper before a single bag of cement is ordered. We list our covered construction services in full, so clients can compare scope before signing.
Most clients choose one of two routes. A grey-structure contract covers the foundation, columns, slabs, brickwork, plaster and basic conduiting — the complete shell of the house, priced per square foot. A turnkey contract carries the same shell through to a move-in-ready home, adding flooring, joinery, electrical and plumbing fixtures, paint and finishing. Both routes follow the same documented stages, with quantities and a payment schedule agreed in advance so there are no surprise variations mid-build.
Quality control is procedural rather than promotional. We specify steel grade and concrete mix in the contract, check rebar and shuttering before each pour, and keep a supervisor assigned to the site through the programme. Clients receive stage updates so progress can be followed whether they live nearby or abroad.
A large share of DHA plots belong to overseas Pakistanis, so we run a dedicated overseas-client desk. It handles map approvals, material decisions and stage-by-stage photo and video updates over email and video call, letting an owner in Dubai, London or Toronto run a build in Lahore or Karachi without flying back for every milestone.
