Phase 3 is one of the smaller, more compact DHA Lahore phases. Most plots are 1 Kanal with a handful of 2 Kanal and commercial sites. The phase is fully occupied — we mostly handle facade upgrades, partial reconstructions, and basement additions here. Because the plot density is high, neighbour coordination matters: our project managers always meet adjacent owners before excavation begins, especially when a basement is in scope.
