About construction in DHA Phase 1

DHA Phase 1 is where DHA Lahore started. The sector is fully built up with 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal estates, many of them 25–30 years old. Most of the active construction here is renovation, basement addition, or full demolition-and-rebuild on inherited plots. Land coverage is more relaxed than newer phases because the building bylaws have evolved over time, but DHA still enforces the F15, S5, R5 setbacks on any new map submission. Material delivery is easy thanks to wide carpeted streets, and our crews can usually start excavation within a week of map approval.
