Phase 2 sits next to Phase 1 and shares the same character — wide streets, mature trees, established families. New ground-up construction is rare; what we mostly do here is demolition-and-rebuild on 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots that families have inherited and want to modernise. The phase is well connected to Lahore Ring Road and Cantt Bazaar, which is useful for material logistics.
