Phase 2 sits next to Phase 1 and shares the same character — wide streets, mature trees, established families. New ground-up construction is rare; what we mostly do here is demolition-and-rebuild on 1 Kanal and 2 Kanal plots that families have inherited and want to modernise. The phase is well connected to Lahore Ring Road and Cantt Bazaar, which is useful for material logistics. We have completed eight projects in Phase 2 since 2018, most of them with single-storey basements added to the original footprint.
