Do you compete with us on the consumer-facing site?
No. The Construction Company DHA brand is the consumer-facing demand layer. We don't run construction crews ourselves — every project the brand wins gets routed to a verified network partner. You aren't competing against us; you're working alongside us.
How many builders do you list per city?
We cap each city at 6–12 active network partners depending on demand. Smaller cities (Quetta, Bahawalpur, Gujranwala) have fewer slots. Larger cities (Lahore, Karachi, DHAI-R) have more.
What if I'm operational in multiple cities?
You can be listed in every city where you have an active operational presence with at least 5 completed projects in that city. Multi-city partners (Lahore + Karachi + DHAI-R) are especially valuable for our overseas client segment.
How do you ensure the leads are real?
Every enquiry passes through our pre-qualification flow: plot ownership confirmation, DHA city + phase, plot size, finish-level budget, target timeline. Unqualified enquiries are filtered out before any builder sees them.
What happens if a project goes badly?
Disputes are reviewed by us, the consumer, and the builder. Persistent quality issues lead to delisting — that's the trade-off for the verified-builder badge. We have an interest in protecting consumer trust in the network.
Can I bring my own existing clients onto the platform?
Yes — and they help build your rating profile. Existing clients can leave reviews on your verified profile after you submit a project record. We don't fabricate or guess at ratings.
