DHA Karachi spans Phase 1 through Phase 8, including the massive Phase 8 coastal expansion. Coastal salinity defence is built into every quotation.
DHA Islamabad-Rawalpindi
DHA Islamabad and DHA Rawalpindi are a single authority — DHAI-R — with 6 phases straddling the Islamabad-Rawalpindi boundary.
DHA Multan
DHA Multan sits on flat agricultural plain with the easiest excavation and material logistics of any DHA city — and the most accessible per-sqft economics.
DHA Peshawar
DHA Peshawar is in active development with Sector G's possession opened in 2024 and Sector A's commercial belt under construction.
DHA Bahawalpur
DHA Bahawalpur is actively building, with a 100% Development Charges Waiver for owners completing construction by April 2027.
DHA Quetta
DHA Quetta Smart City Phase 1 is in active Early Bird possession with the first construction wave starting in Sector A.
