About construction in DHA Phase 5
Phase 5 is the premium end of DHAI-R. Plot sizes skew large (1 Kanal, 2 Kanal, and a few 4 Kanal estates), the spec on every project is high, and the soil-testing requirements are the most demanding of any DHAI-R phase — variable bedrock, occasional springs, and sloped terrain make every map submission slightly different. We have completed three projects in Phase 5 and each required a custom retaining-wall design before excavation began.
